I meant to post about this on the V forums, and I still may do so when the forums are resurrected because I feel that it's an important issue.

I wrote a rather lengthy post recently detailing some of the disaster associated with changes that Bank of America Merchant Services (BAMS) made to their partner gateway and card processing. But the short story is this, if you use Cybersource through BAMS, then you recently got shafted on your international transactions behind the scenes; your "g" AVS responses turned into "i" responses, which result in your customers seeing an "order declined" message instead of an order confirmation.
