So my company will be leaving the volusion service (lord willing) and most providers don't have a CRM system which has caused us to have to look into getting a 3rd party service. What systems out there are the best without breaking the bank. I'm looking for the ability for: Tickets, Customer Support Pages (where the customer can go in and view the status of their tickets, place new ones or cancel open tickets). File Sharing if necessary or screen sharing etc. Live Chat services.

I've looked into:

-Kayako: Didn't like the fact that they are based out of India and when I called them they weren't open. I am in the US and want to be sure I can get support anytime I need it

-Zendesk: I made multiple attempts to get a demo and get some more info, but I never heard anything back even after calling them.

So at this point I'm kinda lost.

Any Ideas?

We use these guys for our chat and have been happy. They have full CRM options, so they might be worth looking at...
