I just want to confirm this before I submit a ticket.

All of my orders lock immediately after being placed. This means that the customer should not be able to change their billing, shipping, or payment information in the My Account section. However, I am seeing that happen and am able to do it myself.

Can anyone else confirm?

We have been seeing the same thing where customers come in a change their payment or billing or shipping information even though the order was locked. I thought my staff was just forgetting to make sure the orders were locked but it has happened to me a few times so I am not sure the locking feature is working correctly.

Hmm. Yes that's what I'm seeing, gifty. Specifically, customers are changing their payment type.

Anyone else?
