    Customer updating payment removal

    How do I get rid of this from the customers area?
    Which for some reason is automatically checked.

    "Apply this payment method change to ALL my existing orders."

    Add the following code to article 91 - Payment_Method_Instructions

    Sorry to drag up an old thread. I recently updated my template and this trick no longer is working.
    Any idea?
