Any suggestions?

It seems that for credit card customers located in Australia, when you contact their bank they won't verify the name or address of the person due to privacy laws there.

Since I was not on the call, I don't know if they will even do, are they in the same country. Or will offer to contact the person and do a call back - BofA in the US will.

They CC company did mention they are seeing a lot of fraud in Australia.

The order was from another continent using a Mastercard...
