Afternoon everyone. I am coming to completion on a project to merge all our parent/child products into Categories/Subcats with Products listed as Checkbox so people can easily add things to a cart and stay on that product page. With this, a lot of our ad campaigns with Google may be pointing to things I am removing. I've heard that changing the target URL will hurt the ranking of an ad. Is this still true? What is the best way to handle this cleanup? 301 redirects? Just take the hit and change the URL?
