Today we had an admin trying to use the password reset. The email never arrived. I checked our email log and found it was being bounced. Evidently Volusion changed the from address to Since there was no such address on our mail server, the email was bounced. I had to add that email address to our email server for it to be delivered properly. We do not use Volusion for our domain emails. We use an external host.
