    Same Scammer - What More Can I Do?

    I have someone in the UK who is changing IPs and email addresses and purchasing from my store on a daily basis (sometimes several times per day) using stolen cards. I have blocked IPs and emails but he keeps creating more. I just set the limit of attempts per IP to 3 temporarily. His billing and shipping address is in the United States so I cannot block the shipping location.

    Is there a way to block the entire UK?

    Sorry to hear that you are having to deal with this - people can be just awful :-(

    If you have Authorize.net, their Fraud Detection Suite has the ability to decline transactions by country or geographic region:

    Thank you. I think setting the max attempts per IP has helped.

    The problem with that is you pay for every attempted transaction. Are you using captcha?

    It's taken care of now. I wouldn't use a captcha on payment.
